Since 1.990, Vefca SL has worked on railway sector, where we want to improved our services and strengthen our customer and suppliers engagements.

Firm’s management is seriously involved and implicated in ISO 9001; 2008 requirements; as well as those stated by customers and Law. We want to express through this declaration our conviction about:

Quality is a key and crucial factor in our firm, and it must be take into account by every single member in the working team.

At Vefca SL, quality at products and services execution will be involved in a continuous improvement process. We will firmly learn about our mistakes and try to avoid committing them anymore.

Thus, Vefca’s SL main aims are:

• Perform our tasks so that they meet our customers’ requirements, both in terms of quality and delivery times.

• Improve continuously our effectiveness to increase our customers’ satisfaction.

• Implement and keep an effective quality system according to that required in UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 .

Firm’s management is conscious of its main responsibility in terms of quality. For this reason, all necessary human, economic and technological resources will be sought.

Since 1990, Vefca SL has worked on railway sector, where we want to improved our services and strengthen our customer and suppliers engagements.
For this reason, Vefca SL makes a great effort in order to reduce as much as possible damaging environmental impacts. Firm’s management is seriously involved in closely meeting these requirements.
As a consequence, Vefca SL performs its activities trying to cause as few injuries as possible to environment.
Vefca SL is proud of its achievements, what shows our serious and constant commitment of obeying environmental laws and regulation.
Vefca’s SL environmental policies imply:

• Equipments and machinery will be safely manufactured taking into account employees, customers and neighborhood’s security.

• Pollution prevention is crucial when talking about machinery maintenance.

• Continuous improvements in terms of processes and emergences as well as effectiveness in terms of control and security.

• Implementing more important requirements related to environment and security.

• Progressing when meeting environmental aims, taking into accound impact and damages.

Vefca SL extends these policies to every customer, supplier, worker and anyone interested. They are periodically updated trough system checks in order to take into account all the requirements.
